To receive your order via Next Day, please select Next Day Delivery (£5.99) at the checkout.
Our Next Day service is on the next working day (Monday-Friday). To receive your order on the next day (Monday- Friday) you will need to place the order before 1pm*. If you place your order after 1pm or on Friday your order will be delivered on the next working day.

• Next Day is a fully tracked service. Tracking information is provided via email.
• Dependant on the carrier, you might be presented with additional delivery features including a specified delivery slot and follow my parcel GPS tracking. This helps you to know exactly when your order will arrive.
• Dependant on the carrier, you might be presented with delivery options including changing your delivered on date, requesting leave with neighbour, requesting leave in a safe place, requesting collect from store, and upgrading delivery (upgrading prices incur an additional fee which vary dependant on the upgraded service).
We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, so it’s important to us.
All our orders are sent via a tracked courier service, allowing you to track your order. Our Standard UK service is within 3-5 working days*. If we haven’t mentioned it before, its FREE when you spend over £20! We allocate the courier to deliver your order based on the delivery method selected at the checkout.
• We’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our UK warehouse.
• You can track your order by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your most recent orders. Just click ‘Track This Order’ and you’ll be directed to the carrier page. Pop your tracking ID or reference number in when asked and find out the status of your parcel.
• Depending on the carrier, a signature may be required on receipt.
• Depending on the carrier, you may be presented with a specified delivery timeframe slot.
• If you’re not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange a collection.
* We aim to meet these estimated times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally updates to our systems or unforeseeable events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that certain services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need to be amended and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
